Personally, I'd prefer a layout where the name and job role were towards the top, rather than skulking around at the bottom. Should the email address be part of the same visual unit as the name?
Otherwise, the card has nice feel - the type size looks fine [it's very easy to get that wrong].
I'd hope the blue band was a design theme for the rest of the CO.ID elements.
I think I agree with Steve comments, in that I think the name and job title should be more prominent, although I'm not sure how you'd achieve this without changing it substantially.
Other than that, it's a strong design; good type size, good alignment, and good incorporation of the logo.
I have to agree with Steve and Tom about that one.
The way I see it is you read a book from top left. Other than that I think it is a strong starting point!
I think you have got that balence with the text size so that it fits on, you can read it and there is plenty of room incase someone comes along with a large name.
I too made the mistake of seperating the email address from the name. But steve soon pointed it out and when I had moved it, it did look so much better and read easier.
I dont know how you are going to rectify the design but I think this needs more than just to swap the top and bottom visual units over.
Well seeing what has been written on your blog about having the name at the top has made me slightly edit my design now, but luckily that wasn't too much hassle and i've still kept a clean look on the over all card.
the 'm' really works with the vertical line and is something that could really be transfered across all the pieces of stationery that we've designed.

I think you've nearly cracked the business card design but the solid blue at the bottom bothers me slightly. It looks almost detached from the rest of the card. Have you tried replacing it with just a blue line or lines?
To overcome the hierarchy of importance on the name why not swap the placing of the web address with the job title?
